Ce film montre l'exemple d'une partie des équipes d'ALTRAD en France qui ont pu faire un stage sur le site de Marcoussis, alternant réunions de travail et séances sportives en lien avec le rugby.
ALTRAD teams try, as far as possible, to associate their professional activity with moments of gathering and team-building, to give themselves the chance to mark a time of reflection and to take a different look at their activity. This film shows the example of part of the ALTRAD teams in France who were able to do an internship on the Marcoussis site, alternating work meetings and sports sessions related to rugby.
