s.Oliver secured a main sponsoring package at “Rock am Ring,“ and started a band contest accordingly. Three bands were selected from over 200 applications, and they hit the road in VW buses and a stage truck for a four-week German tour. During the road show, the bands competed for the first prize: a performance at Rock am Ring.
In addition to the performance by the winning band Blind Freddy at the festival itself, s.Oliver had even more activation measures: a color splash slingshot action, a dome tent with a 360° video installation, a pop-up showroom, and a VIP lounge.
