You don't think about it becasue it's under your feet and mostly unseen, but your city's stormwater system is very important to maintain a healthy, functional city. Kohlitz shot and produced this video for the City of Ann Arbor, raising awareness about it's stormwater system and the heroes who keep it in tip top shape. Like Ann Arbor, our stormwater system is pretty great, but it takes people of Ann Arbor to keep it that way!

Ann Arbor’s Heroes of the Storm utilize their skills, experience and the right equipment to help keep Ann Arbor’s 23,000 stormwater inlets and catch basins, and 541 miles of ditches, creeks and underground pipes, free of debris and water flowing into the Huron River. Like them, you can be a Hero of the Storm by helping to keep stormdrains on your street free of leaves, grass and other debris that may cause flooding. Learn more at a2gov.org/storm
