Symphony is excited to announce the new Bot Developer Kit (BDK) Extension Service & Symphony Groups. The BDK Extension Service offers a simple and modular plugin mechanism for the BDK Core. This opens the door for third party modules to extend BDK’s capabilities while improving the memory consumption. Symphony will illustrate the Extension Service introducing the support of Symphony Groups by the BDK. Symphony Groups allow firms to define customisable groups in the directory using keywords so Symphony users can easily find and interact with the Group, whilst having the ability to respond anonymously on behalf of the Group.
