Sadé Jones is a choreographer, psychologist, and artist who uses her background in psychology to help others heal through dance. As founder of the Austin-based Ashé Arts, Jones educates people on the healing power of movement.
"Dance saved my life," says Jones. "People think that because you go through certain things ... that that's who you are. It's not necessarily who you are, but it's also not something to run away from. Movement takes the truth out of that. It funnels it into beauty."
