freelabadmin3 is a web-based PHP/HTML-application for research labs, which allows you to enter and print out orders for consumables and other items. You can enter a list of companies which are inserted in your order via drop-down menus. Users in your lab or office can be entered and assigned user roles. You can enter your different accounts including a little budget calculation for your grants or projects, showing how much money is left. It contains a user managment/massaging module as well as a device/infrastructure database. Planned is a app which allows you to pin-board needed items when a PC is not near by to place the order later. It contains projectmanagment assigning tasks to users. I recommend to use it just in your internal network only, as many safety aspects have not been addressed.
