I’ve decided to remaster some albums and tracks that have already been released.
Just felt I could give them a different kinda sound...

I import the audio files into the daw and then usually load one or more processors of some kind (vinyl, compressor, desk emulations etc) on the stereo master buss. This is configured to colour, shape the sound. My versions are sometimes lower in vol level than the originals. Some releases are hot to signal, but I'm looking for an inherent sound.

Sometimes I apply some chamber and or hall reverb.

He Got Game (feat. Stephen Stills), 1998

For the remist I decided to retitle the track - In Life.

I applied variating delay to the track.

I edited out some spoken lyrics towards the end, the reason I did this is because Flavor Flav references a deeds based salvation concept, which the world goes by, but which isn’t the way that someone’s saved. We don’t get there by reading bibles (which are faulty translations anyway, in their tone and some of their content) and then doing what is written therein. Someone gets there because they are saved by the saviour; they don’t do anything, they’re just saved. He draws someone (takes time), he draws all, and a minority are then saved. The rest just end up, having seen his shekinah, having known what is sacred; loving the way of sin, sin itself, over him and his way (which is him). Hebrews 6 4 - 8 references this.

So if someone walks up to you and places an apple in your satchel and you say, thanks, you appreciate it; but you had nothing to do with it, it was given to you.
So the saving faith is given to someone.
(Ephesians, 2 8 - 9 is re this).

The lyrics I took out were,

Now the question is (included),

are you ready
For the real revolution
Which is the evolution of the mind

If you seek then you shall find (incl)

then,

Now if you take heed
To the words of wisdom
That are written on the walls of life (incl)

Then universally we will stand
And divided we will fall
Cause

love conquers all (incl)

then,

This is a call to all you sleeping souls
Wake up (incl)

and take control of your own cipher
And be on the look out for the spirit snipers
Trying to steal your light
You know what I'm saying
Look with inside yourself
For peace

Give thanks (incl)
Live life
And release

With the clip I also took out some footage which references origanised Christianity.
Yeshua is who he is, and also the father, but it is; the way. It’s not Christianity.
Christianity involves the faulty translations (called bibles) and it involves shaman-priests under delusion, directing it all back to themselves (who are also usually linked to some form of statism).
There is Yeshua, the son, and there is the father, there is one Elohim; Yihweh.

Chuck D’s lyrics,

Being a dissident,
Who ain’t kissin’ it

In the clip when he says this, there is an image of a basketball traveling in slow motion into a hoop (representing the game), and in the backround standing on a landing is what appears to be an S1W (or an allusion to them). The S1W’s were or are part of Public Enemy’s touring entourage, they usually dressed in quasi-military fatigues on stage, were often in the backgound and had fake plastic machine guns etc. They reference in part the Black Panther movement and also the concept of black power in general.
I edited out this footage, instead having the ball pause briefly in mid-air, which took on a meaning in itself; if you are a dissident to a system than runs on superiority, or as it is termed, power (even though in actuality only Yihweh has power); then one (as is the case with any cult or religion) simply becomes a dissident in seeing through this, in not believing in any order of superiority. Hence the paused ball symbolises this; someone watching the wheels etc, or in their own mind, putting the game on pause, or ultimately letting go the concept of it altogether.
