a. Review Norwell's exemptions (as approved by Town) vs available exemptions (Board
awaiting current exemption list)
b. Review Norwell’s form letters and documentation required for exemptions; align with state
requirements to make document submission as simple for taxpayers as possible.
c. Senior Work Off Program (2021 update; 2022 planning)
d. Set timeline for tax classification hearing & related meetings.
i. Need to get on Select Board agenda & dual-publish between SB & BOA for tax
classification hearing.
ii. Consensus on posting FY21 tax classification presentation to website
e. Next meeting dates? Consider moving to every other week during tax classification, rate
setting, and abatement period.
f. For first October meeting: discuss the various options and approaches to correct the property
cards.
