Phoenix Police was a blessing to have as a part of forum for the Bigger Than Football event.

The Bigger Than Football is a forum that utilizes football/athletic development as a way to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement/government and the community they serve. Fulfillment in training (F.I.T) partnered with the Phoenix Union High school District (P.U.H.S.D) and the Arizona Cardinals to put on an event for over 150 student-athletes. City officials, police officers, firemen, judges will come out to hear and answer the concerns that are facing the youth in underserved communities. This event will start a dialogue around social justice and start molding our model to transform judgment and conscious/unconscious bias between law enforcement/government and the community. Together, F.I.T, The P.U.H.S.D, Arizona Cardinals, and the Phoenix Police department will empower and create a new movement for community transformation. The forum is followed by a 7-on-7 passing league tournament and a Big man lineman challenge.
