Fulfillment In Training was featured in a story done by Fox 10 News in Phoenix Arizona for the "Bigger Than Football" event. This event was made possible by partnering with Phoenix Union High School District, Phoenix Cardinals and the City of Phoenix Police.

The Bigger Than Basketball is a forum that utilizes football/athletic development as a way to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement/government and the community they serve. Fulfillment in training (F.I.T) partnered with the Phoenix Union High school District (P.U.H.S.D) and the Arizona Cardinals to put on an event for over 150 student-athletes. City officials, police officers, firemen, judges will come out to hear and answer the concerns that are facing the youth in underserved communities. This event will start a dialogue around social justice and start molding our model to transform judgment and conscious/unconscious bias between law enforcement/government and the community. Together, F.I.T, The P.U.H.S.D, Arizona Cardinals, and the Phoenix Police department will empower and create a new movement for community transformation. The forum is followed by a 7-on-7 passing league tournament and a Big man lineman challenge.

F.I.T Fulfillment In Training and the "Healing Starts Here" movement was NOT created by the City of Phoenix Police and the Arizona Cardinals. The F.I.T organization was created and ran by members of the community. However, we do have a great relationship with the City of Phoenix and Cardinals. We are blessed and thankful to them for their continued support on improving our community.
