April's Move of the Month works the outside of the thigh. This sequence is one that would be found in The ORIGINAL Class and takes about 5 minutes to complete. I've found that by consistently doing this series of moves (and other variations of these moves), that the strength and flexibility in my outer thighs have improved and my waist has become tighter.

This month, I challenge you to complete this short series at least twice a week (or more!) -- it can be added onto any of your current workouts. Happy April!
