Dr Mark Cooper, Consultant Nurse - Advanced Practice, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde – Uses the framework to support his team to develop across the 4 pillars of practice and how he links this framework to other specialist and advanced practice frameworks so that staff can plan their learning and development.

Dr Sara Smith, Acting Head of Speech & Hearing Sciences, Queen Margaret University – Shares how academic colleagues use the framework to plan and develop CPD and post-registration courses for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals.

Linda Harris, Principal Educator, NHS Education for Scotland – Supports HCSWs and their managers to use the framework to have more effective conversations to identify learning needs and plan development opportunities.

Dr Valerie Blair, AHP Programme Director, NHS Education for Scotland - Highlights how the Team at NES will support NMAHPs using the framework through a series of webinars over the coming year.
