Dollard Dimitri, a former president of the Ballarat African Association shares valuable insight on Managing for Peak Performance.
Dimitri arrived in Australia in early summer of 2007 with only nine years of formal education in a French speaking country. Since then, Dimitri has self-thought in English Language to above professional working proficiency level. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international Relations from the Federation University and University of Melbourne respectively, and is currently undertaking a Master of Social Work and an MBA.
Dimitri is currently the president of the Victoria Togolese Association, and a former Vice-chair of Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council.
Dimitri is the founder and director of Solution-Aid International, an Australia registered charitable organisation whose aim is providing world class education to so-called third world or developing countries.
