Episode eighteen features Bernadette deep in conversation with Mary Connick, a registered nurse, clinical nurse supervisor, and avid photographer currently working and making art in Rochester, New York. Mary shares her experiences as a nurse during the pandemic, as well as a deep dive into her process and photography aesthetics.

Mary Neta Connick, RN, CDN has worked in dialysis and with nephrology patients since 2005 as a registered nurse and case manager.
Mary served as Hemodialysis Unit Supervisor at Bassett Medical Center OSS from 2010 to 2015, before she moved to Rochester, New York.
She has held leadership positions with large dialysis clinics throughout her career, and loves her current position, serving as an RN Case Manager for people with all stages of Kidney Disease.
Mary earned her Associate in Applied Science in 2005 from the State University of New York at Morrisville, and her Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Women’s Studies in 1999 from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
