Dreaming in signs "En señas, sueñas" is a documentary produced by the renowned director and winner of the Goya Award, Pablo de la Chica, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)’s Division of Competitiveness, Technology and Innovation, and in collaboration with Fe y Alegría Ecuador, the Poverty Reduction Program of the Japanese Special Fund and the Italian Fund.
We invite you to meet this group of Ecuadorian children with hearing and visual disabilities who live in one of the poorest neighborhoods of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas in northern Ecuador.
