Jenene Crossan, the founder of Powered by Flossie, has collaborated with Claire Chitham (actor / director) and Flying Fish to create a short video to celebrate International Women's Day. It is a homage to a recent vid that has gone viral called ‘Be A Lady’ - and takes an unflinching look at the impossible standards women in business are held to.

Using the verbatim feedback from female founders and senior business leaders, our video exposes what we call ‘the gaslighting, manipulation and psychological warfare’ modern business women face in the corporate world, and urge that new rules take their place.

Jenene says, ‘I have the opportunity to get up every day and innovate - and have been backed by people of all genders, races, classes and sexuality, who have each seen that quality and spirit and encouraged me to be creative and unique, to push boundaries and to try new things on for size.

I want to champion a business world where all women are afforded this same opportunity, and where the impossible and contradictory standards we are often held to are quashed. We made this video to expose them, and to call for a new way and new rules.'
