Housing Info Needed! Our new 3-4 grade teacher, Miss Clara Kammueller is looking for housing rentals (apartment or house) in the Bangor area. Please send any leads/info to President Dan Arndt.

WELS Fair Booth Info: Donations of book bags and all manner of school supplies to hand out to kids who need them are being gathered for this summer’s fair booth. Donations may be placed on the entryway table. Volunteers for St. Paul’s turn in staffing the booth are also welcome to staff the booth on July 14th from 5 pm until 10 pm. St. Paul’s Choir will be singing for the installation on June 20 at the 3 pm service. We will sing “Be Strong in the Lord”. We will practice Thursday, June 17 at 7:30 pm. Any questions, call Brian Berg at 608-486-4049.

Fellowship Hour in between services will begin again on June 27. A sign-up sheet can be found on the entryway table in the narthex. Please consider signing up.

June 27 – Pastor Groth will begin leading worship services. Make plans to join us for worship!

Gift Card “Shower” for Pastor Groth and Family
An “update” on the traditional Food Shower for a new Pastor and his family, St. Paul’s would like to do a Gift Card shower for the Groth’s to be presented at the Reception dinner. Several options to consider: 1) Purchase via Scrip Program individually; 2) Special Offering Envelope/Online Offering for group order via Scrip (spread evenly across several area grocery stores); 3) Purchase individually from restaurant/store. Contact Treasurer Jeff Parr with any questions.
*Purchases made via the Scrip program benefit St. Paul’s School. For more info on the Scrip Program, please see Janel Lochen. Scrip orders are due on June 13, 2021. Scrip box is located in the church basement.

The Camp Whitewater board received the go ahead for camp this summer from Minnesota State Parks. We are in urgent need of additional camp counselors for both weeks of camp but especially for week 1 – July 11-16. Anyone who is in high school or older is eligible. Please encourage anyone you might know to apply at campwhitewater.org.

God’s People Gather Church has been different this year. No doubt, you missed gathering together with our family of believers for regular worship. As churches are able to open their doors more and more, we hope to see more and more of our brothers and sisters in Christ each week. The “God’s People Gather” series of short videos are available from WELS Congregational Services to share, encouraging God’s children to remember the importance of gathering for worship together.
