Mapping on the theme of ''Awakening''
My projection mapping piece explores the concept of Self Awakening/ Spiritual Enlightenment, under the over arching theme of AWAKENING.
Using a natural environment (a forest) to symbolise, “the unconscious and its mysteries” I introduce a wandering character that meditates for self discovery. Upon meditating his body parts extend, and one by one open up to reveal puzzles. He must solve them in order for them to return to his body and to achieve spiritual enlightenment.
