in my media productions course in high school we were given the task of creating a meaningful music video with a strong narrative. the nature of the song gave me the narrative of a more mature love between two people that carried passion, anger and sorrow, an unfortunate heart break. I was able to convey my ideas mainly through the wardrobe and the cinematography where I honed in on facial expressions and symbolic objects such as the fire, rose, mask, mirror etc. that I used as physical representations of the underlying themes of betrayal and facades in the song. this is one of my best projects yet there is so much I would fix as it was rather rushed and not my original idea, however as a starting point to unlocking my potential I am proud of this one.
