Getting out in nature is one of the best ways I know to regenerate my body, mind and soul. I ride my e-bike as often as I can in the magnificent Marin Headlands, where I find a deep sense of peace and joy. I have roamed these trails over 324 times since I started keeping track — hence the title of this video.
Last weekend, nature was singing its heart out: blooming flowers, bathing birds, dancing waves — and hundreds of sun worshippers quietly watching the crimson disc sink over Rodeo Beach. It was a special time that brought us all together.
These adventures in the great outdoors energize me every time. If you ever feel down, consider getting out in nature to lift your spirits -- and to connect with other creatures and cultures in the web of life. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I did taking them.
