As we grow up, we all experience occasional disappointment at the hands of another person. As this happens more and more, it is our instinct to grow weary of trusting others. So instead we harden our hearts and close ourselves off.
We all, to some extent, put these walls up to guard and protect our heart, but at what point do these walls become locked cages; trapping us inside of ego,
our tangled emotion
our limited perspective.....
to the extent that we are unable to empathize with the intentions of others?
This video is a movement and color study on the relationship between fear and love.
How can we avoid letting our hearts turn hard and heavy when we feel betrayed?
