In 1956, the hungarian population in Budapest requested the expulsion of the russian soviet forces and politics from their nation.
Along 6 days they managed to get control of the capital city with the help of a major part of the hungarian army. The seventh day, the soviet union massed huge armoured forces against the freedom fighters and anhilated them.
Many of the defenders were common civil people and even children, being among the most famous fallen fighters, Erika Kornélia Szeles who died at the age of only 15 years old. (Up right on the image of this video)
