This summer we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of our album "Eyes & Ears" produced with our pal Carl Plaster. This song is unusual because we did not write the lyrics. Pete Ryan was my housemate and he was a very prolific poet and songwriter probably still is. I was a big fan of how he put words and ideas together for his band Bulkhead. One day I mentioned to him that I'd like to try to put a melody to one of his poems and bring it to my band. About two days later Pete handed me the lyrics, same day I began a vocal melody and then brought it to Jim Jones, and then the rest of the band. It even became the title track for our new Eyes & Ears CD.

The kid in this video is Jamie Dunoyer and he is also in the upcoming film New England Ska Summit Documentary. If you know us, you know we are a big family and have great love for all the friends we have made these 37 years. (Written by Dan Vitale)
