We shot on only 2 locations for this music video over 1 day. The grave yard was in central London somewhere which doesn't spring back to my mind atm... the Hotel Room was filmed in Kings Cross which you can see from the night shots showing the station in the backdrop lit up (looking at little like Big Ben).

I also utilised some quick green screen in the room to create the 'amongst the clouds' shots. I tailored 2 main colour grades for this video one shifting all colours to a pink hue and maintaining the dynamic range, the second I crushed the blacks and mids to increase the contrast while pushing the blues to the shadows for a cool feel so there is the 2 extremes of fluffy pink to Sharp deep dark blue which is a custom graded.

It was filmed in Cine 4K (true 4k) 4096 x 2160 in 10 bit 4:2:2, mainly 24FPS with some 60FPS and a couple of 180 FPS for that super slow mo.

I used the Zhiyun Crane 2 for the smooth Motorised Gimbal shots you are seeing, for a nice cinematic feel to the movements.

I used only natural lighting in the grave yard mainly using the dipping sun as a back light to keep a soft light for the face and acted a nice hair light. In The hotel room I used multiple back lED lights at 5600k for visual effect plus there was 2 tungsten lights on the bed which added an additional touch. The main key light was from a large 900 LED Panel which gave the overall brightness required for the set.

Great shoot, happy with then result for my client. Catchy tune for sure.... 'I'm an angel...ahhhhaaaa'.....
