Demera and his crew are passionate about Hip Hop, but when they finally get to visit a music studio they get into a fight. Zeeba, who runs the studio, gives them an ultimatum: before they can record they must take his "Urban Non-Violence Interaction Course" to improve their social skills.

U.N.I.C is a drama-comedy TV pilot shot in Cape Town, inspired by the true story of Hip Hop group U.N.I.C, who became pioneers of Spaza-rap (vernacular Hip Hop from the townships).
The story is set around actual lessons in social skills, like "Starting a conversation" or "Follow instructions" - and the problems that occur when the characters try to implement the lessons in their lives.
