I animated Kiel Figgin's Spider Mech rig firing it's cannon. It took me a few days and it was a ton of fun! My primary focus on this was weight - making the spider tank feel extremely heavy, massive, and like a fully mechanized war machine.
I watched a bunch of stuff from Pacific Rim(2013) and the spider tank from the original Ghost in the Shell film for inspiration. Hope you like it :D
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I feel the need to give a warning on the last shot for anyone who has epilepsy. There is a quick flash when the spider mech fires it's cannon so please be careful when viewing.
