This is my rescore of a short scene from the acclaimed romantic comedy Friends With Benefits, originally accompanied by diegetic and incidental music supervised by Wende Crowley, including source music by Ryan Perez-Daple and Halli Cauthery.
As far as instrumentation goes, I stuck to a standard rhythm section of bass, guitar, drums and percussion. A prominent feature of this rescore is the use of Latin percussion and upright bass, which I felt nicely accompanied the quick-moving chemistry between the two lead characters.
