Lucius Annaeus Seneca, also known as Seneca the Younger, was a Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, dramatist, and—in one work—satirist from the Silver Age of Latin literature. Seneca was born in Corduba in Hispania, and raised in Rome, where he was trained in rhetoric and philosophy.

Please Understand, suicide is a serious topic and many people might find this disturbing to say the least. Whatever you do if you are having thoughts of self harming please get help. Seneca's works on death really helped me get through my depression and part of that process was to use humor to overcome my fears and desires of death and self harm.

Please note I am not liable for your actions and if this or any of my videos inspire you to take your own life, that is your choice. Just know no one cares about you, and you have to figure out your own reason for living. In Seneca's case realize that if you want to take your own life, then go ahead, there are many reasons to die, but note your reasons for dying. Die a good death that you deserve and choose your destiny. In the end, we are all going to die, so why not resolve to live a-little longer and find something productive to do before you pass on. Personally, I don't care. Just know I am not responsible for your actions.
