WOMEN + WAVES NICARAGUA SURF TRIP

The area is blessed with consistent offshore winds, meaning that the waves are pretty perfect. Southern Nicaragua only appeared on the surf radar in recent years, so the perfectly-groomed waves are still uncrowded.

We visit during the low swell season, when you can expect small, fun waves. It’s the perfect training ground for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned pros. So whether you’re looking to nail your pop-up, or master cutbacks, turns and duck dives, there’s something for you here.

We surf from dawn to dusk, then watch epic sunsets and do it all again the following day. There are surf spots for all abilities – including beach and reef breaks – near our accommodation.
