Breakdown for a part of the fistbump sequence for the Alexander Snow's Vinoks Apatite ( instagram.com/snowmation/ )
I usually start in-betweening by adding only few main lines indicating final spacing and arcs. They are usually corners and outlines: elbows, palms, shoulders, top of a head, etc. Then I just finalize this drawings.
Another challenge was logos and belt details. To make them right and smooth I started from tracking some main forms and then finalized it with a mixed approach (straight ahead + pose to pose).
