Mientras algunas personas se manifiestan de manera pacifica, otros: “la primera linea”, se enfrenta con lo policia para garantizar la seguridad de los manifestantes.
Todo esto se representa de una manera metafórica y poética a través de la voz de eduardo Galeano leyendo su poesía “el derecho al delirio”.
