I used Studio Artist V5.5.5 to automatically generate a key-framed bezier paint synthesizer animation derived off of 2 different Image Operation effects that generate bezier path output. The keyframes were automatically derived off of virtual sub-nesting keyframes defined in a Transition Context ( just one red keyframe for your source movie reference) that fed the source area with its output.
Both bezier embedded paint action steps are key-framed every 10 frames, but you could change that so they were harmonics or non-divisible.
