In my last Mavic Mini test video, I purposely shot on a cloudy, dreary morning as a color-grading challenge to produce the best-possible video regardless of the quality of the input footage.
This challenge goes in the opposite direction. This video was shot with a Mavic Mini on all-auto settings on a very bright, hazy morning WITHOUT an ND filter.
You can probably guess how bad the base footage came out. There are, of course, areas where information is permanently lost and can not be recovered. I kept those areas in the video and did not try to hide them in editing.
The goal for the final result was a rich, deep, soft, filmic look. Kodak 2383 FPE was used with some nice film grain for an added touch :)
