Building upon the previous instalment Améliorer IV is an exploration of being an artist and the drive to create. Set in the flood ravaged environment surrounding Hopetoun, the dancer draws on her self reliance and determination to harness her creativity. The choreography and cinematography capture a journey of an artist who lives in a harsh and remote environment, and how she walks the line between fighting for creativity and giving in. The result is poetic and dynamic movement in which she reveals her strength, grace and beauty.
