Nymus 3D produced an animation to explain how Veranome Biosystems' new Spatial Analyzer (VSA-1) works. VSA-1 is a fully automated spatial transcriptomics system for reliable, high throughput cyclic FISH assays. The system features allows for running two samples simultaneously and has built-in vibration control for enabling bench-top operation. The images from the system are imported in Veranome Bio's software for multi-omics analysis.
