Food cultivation, and the process to bring it to your table, is an immense effort. To address climate action, The Surfrider Foundation: San Diego Chapter
organized a farm to table dinner with ingredients that were truly local, everything down to the salt within 100 miles of San Diego. During the evening, food and drink were served to guests in an intimate garden setting, then musical melodies from a local climate activist and discussion on how to address individual action. Through conscious choices, we can support local food systems, and reduce our carbon footprint.
