Social Venture Circle hosts this interactive webinar led by Stefani Millie Grant (Unilever) on the actions businesses can take around supporting communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through sharing stories and highlights of the work done so far, attendees will understand what the Unilever process was around engaging partners, frontline organizations, and employees to drive impact forward.
Unilever has kickstarted the United for America movement with the first annual Day of Service on May 21st, committing product, time, and gratitude to those affected by COVID-19. We’ve donated the equivalent of one day’s worth of the products produced at our factories to Feeding America and Direct Relief. The mobilization will continue and our hope is to amplify this impact by sharing best practices and learnings from our journey.
Stefani Millie Grant is Unilever’s Senior Manager for External Affairs and Sustainability. She is responsible for managing Unilever’s sustainable agriculture programs in the U.S. and Canada, along with engaging elected officials and NGOs on Unilever’s sustainability efforts. Prior to working for Unilever, Stefani was a Vice President with Stateside Associates, a consulting firm in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, she worked on agricultural and conservation issues for a major equipment manufacturer and also the Department of Defense. An Iowa native, Stefani holds a M.B.A. from the University of Iowa and a B.A. in Accounting and Public Administration from Buena Vista University.
