The Richardson Public Library hosts several lunchtime lectures throughout the month and this week one of the topics of discussion was on the Civil Rights Movement in the Dallas area. Guest lecturer, Dr. Marvin Dulaney, a retired professor who has studied and has written about the movement for forty years, spoke about the African American experience in Texas.
