The course will be 7 weeks and cover the following topics:

- Week 1: CONNECT ~ This is our Welcome Week. It's a time to connect with Self, nature & others. We will Explore WHY we are here together & the links between our identities and access to wellness. Additionally, we will establish our group agreements together.

- Week 2: REST ~ sleep, silence & self-regulation. Teens need MORE rest than adults. Unfortunately with high homework and extra curricular expectations, and early starts to the school day, it's tricky to get what you need. We'll explore tips and tools for body connection, disconnecting from external stimuli, and sneaking in rest where you least expected it.

- Week 3: RISE ~ This is all about starting the day with intention - even the days when you don't want to get out of bed. It's about ensuring you have time to NOT rush, connect with & caring for your sense organs (uh, yea, it's important!), oh and hydration & elimination
- Week 4: MOVE ~ Let's be gentle with ourselves as we connect to and move our bodies. Movement has emotional and mental benefits in addition to spiritual benefits, and you don't have to go all out to get them! Expect to surprise yourself, connect with your playful childlike self, breathe, feel, trust, go...

- Week 5: RELATE ~ How do you talk to yourself? How are your relationships? This is a week to explore where the story we tell ourselves ends and reality begins. It's a chance to cultivate self-compassion, let go of what is not ours to carry, and celebrate those who are nourishing and safe for us to be around

- Week 6: FLOW ~ We will talk about how we make micro-decisions throughout the day? Are you able to plan in a way that offers you some ease in making decisions and prioritizing your needs? (including saying no to others?)
What keeps you steady, focused, calm, confident? What helps you persevere with grace?

- Week 7: CELEBRATE ~ time to go all out on our WINS!!!, Talk about What are your next steps?, have a little Dance Party, and possibly a Giving Circle
